Project Information
Problem: Excessive condensation on interior of window frames. Unusual differential air pressures within facility. Water leakage through EIFS exterior. The first phase of our work involved investigating and recording problems culminating in a report. Work with hospital, attorneys, architects and window installer for a successful solution. We performed some remediation work, produced bidding documents for other remediation work and oversaw warranty work of original window contractor.
