This large Cleveland office building suffered from a breakdown and liquification of the glazing sealant resulting in unsightly drips of butyl running down curtainwall face. We disassembled a section of the wall, identified the problems, developed accurate detailed drawings of the curtainwall system and proposed and budgeted a variety of remedies for the owners review.
